Corporate Events
As a professional Pianist for hire, I perform at many corporate events every year, providing music at hotels and conference rooms, as well as the larger venues for big corporate parties. Live piano music at corporate events can have a number of positive impacts including: relaxing your guests and your speakers before delivering that all important sales pitch. Piano music, whether it's classical or contemporay, will add extra class to any type of corporate event and is the perfect sound track for lounge-style meet and greet, or over drinks and meals.

Standard Wedding ServiceMy standard corporate event service includes all the essentials you'll need to impress clients or lift your own colleagues' spirits . It's designed to minimise costs by including everything you'll need for a corporate event with a capacity of upto 500 guests.

Questions or concerns
Once you’ve booked me for your corporate event, you sit back and relax, your event's entertainment is in good hands! I’ll be in contact with you around 3 weeks before the event to finalise the details, timings, song choices and any other queries you may have. In the run up to your event, you’ll have a dedicated event coordinator from our agency Alive Network who will be more than happy to liaise with you on any issues, questions or concerns.
At Your Corporate Event
A standard corporate event performance starts with my prompt arrival at your venue (usually at least 1 hour before you need me). I load in my equipment, set up and sound check as quickly and discreetly as possible. This usually takes us around 30-40 minutes depending on access.

![]() 1st Live SetI will then perform my 3 sets of 45 minutes (more can be arranged) of your requested music from my repertoire. The music is great to beautifully accompany drinks, awards ceremonies, dinner and even in the hotel lobby/lounge. |
![]() After The SoundcheckAfter I have set up and checked my sound levels and made sure that I'm in the right position to play, I will get changed and have something to eat and drink. Then I will be ready to start playing and generally will be floating around the Piano at least 15 minutes prior to start time. |
![]() End Of Performances & End Of The NightAfter my agreed performance slots I will begin to pack down (if I'm using my own equipment), which shouldn't take very long and leave without making a huge fuss and leave you to enjoy the rest of your special day, feeling glad I've done my bit to bring some beautiful music to your day. |
